HarveyPatton which is Veteran Owned and Operated started in Oil & Gas Construction Management. When Oil prices fell in 2016 we diversified and are now in its 4th year of providing moisture management during construction to prevent or mitigate excess moisture and to document that the structure is dry, free of mold growth and water damage, and with no ongoing construction-related moisture sources at completion. We evaluate, make recommendations and provide documentation (track site conditions, moisture mapping, assist with moisture issues, make periodic site visits, and issue progress reports). HarveyPatton's scope of work covers the identification and mitigation of water damage inside the structure. Mold and moisture evaluation follows procedures consistent with ASTM D7338-10, Standard Guide for Assessment of Fungal Growth in Buildings. This includes measurements with moisture meters and scanning materials with an infra-red cameras.
