The Manitoba Band Association (1977) is a non-profit charitable organization which promotes the growth and development of band in Manitoba through regional and provincial programs and activities. The organization is supported by a membership base of more than 300 band directors, music educators, music students, community bands, industry partners and others who share its goals. The MBA is affiliated with the Canadian Band Association, the Manitoba Music Educator's Association and the Coalition for Music Education in Canada.
