We teach how to get that client first and then we coach you how to refer those clients to the best realtors in your area, thereby creating dynamic, healthy mutually beneficial partnerships. We've found that most current realtor relationships are codependent, characterized by marketing agreements or a "what have you done for me lately" mentality.
