I am a mindset coach for educators and families. I guide school leadership teams, teachers and families through social-emotional concepts that encourage new levels of awareness and mindset change that will make a positive, lifelong impact on our students and children. I am a South Florida based parent, professional educator, and life coach. I studied and practiced Conscious Discipline for fourteen years and was a Certified Instructor for seven. In summer of 2019, I became a Breathe for Change (B4C) Wellness Champion, and it is an accomplishment I hold close to my heart. B4C is the world’s only 200-hour wellness and yoga teacher training designed specifically for educators to support the social and emotional well-being of schools and families. MY KEEN INTUITION COUPLED WITH YEARS OF DEVOTED STUDY AND PRACTICE OF SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT, MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES, ENERGY HEALING, AND POSITIVE LEADERSHIP HAS HELPED MY CLIENTS ACHIEVE DESIRED RESULTS IN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS, HOMES AND LIVES. My clients include school districts, school leadership teams, educators and parents. I work with public, private and charter schools, parent-teacher organizations, education resource agencies and families. I share my tools for purpose, passion and inner peace and openly draw from my own life experiences. I use an integrative approach to my training, coaching, mentoring and workshops. I strive to enlighten yet be practical, and I deliver my message with the intention of making this world a better place.
