I specialize in working with high achieving women, specifically those 30+, seeking to reach or set specific goals or who may be going through a transitional stage in their lives. In either case, I can provide you with accountability, structure, organization, non-judgmental and objective support and a thoughtful plan to get results. My work can span across an unlimited number of areas – personal, business, fitness, wellness, and really anything you want to achieve results with in your life. I am an expert in building structure, creating a plan, providing unfaltering support, and following through with what may seemingly appear to you as a daunting endeavor. Under my guidance, you will set long term goals that we will work towards together under my process-oriented and practical approach. I am solution-oriented and able to provide you with a clear plan of action based on your individual needs. As a coach, I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” cookie-cutter model when it comes to the journey towards goals. I am a strong believer in recognizing short-term victories along the way, and account for potential diversions of plans if necessary. Change is inevitable in life, and that’s ok! You have all the tools inside of you to live the life you want and to achieve the goals you set. I have the ability, expertise and proven track record to bring out the potential that lies within. After 23 years of coaching young women at the NCAA Division I collegiate level, I have decided to expand my expertise to a population of women I am passionate about helping. I believe success is a state of mind, that personal growth must be individualized, a fluid and dynamic journey that evolves over time.
