Transoil is an international bunkers and lubricants trader established in 1996. The company’s headquarters are in Cyprus with branch offices in Greece and Germany. The two founders, Nicholas Ladis and Michael Droushiotis, share an experience of more than 60 years in the market. Mr. Ladis has been in segment since 1982, and has being founding member and past chairman of IBIA, while Mr. Droushiotis has served as Managing Director of Castrol for the Mediterranean. The company’s success to-date has been based on the flexibility and fast decision making which, as a privately owned entity, allows the management team to adopt. Over the years an excellent and solid portfolio of both customers and suppliers has been built on a worldwide basis. At Transoil we do not consider customers and suppliers as a simple account but we aim at establishing a mutually beneficial long term relationship. This has been recognized by both our customers and suppliers thus the company’s success to-date.
