The company has successfully completed projects for LEED Facilitation and Commissioning for over 10,000,000 sq. ft and Energy Modeling and energy audits exceeding 100,000,000 sq. ft. of built environment. We are a designated ECBC expert architect as well as a TERI GRIHA evaluator and trainer. Kamal Cogent Energy’s office building is BEE 3-star rated. Kamal Cogent Energy has to its credit the world’s First LEED Platinum Hotel under Existing Building category which is ITC Maurya at Delhi, with a high score of 92 points. We have since obtained USGBC LEED Platinum rating for four other ITC properties and several other hotels. Kamal Cogent Energy has worked as greening partner at Hero MotoCorp’s newest manufacturing facility at Neemrana, Rajasthan. This facility has achieved Platinum rating under IGBC Green Factory with several unique features like - Aeroponic-Hydroponic agriculture, all LED lights, solar PV of 1300 kW, a 300 meter indoor oxygen wall, reversible construction and a novel big foot air-conditioning system.
