Our process efficiency is attributed to our proprietary high speed data processing software tools, innovative use of commercial tools, and work arounds required to overcome commercial software inefficiencies. We can understand and convey how a machine performs and calculate how reliability and life performance compares to product requirements and specifications. In 2022, VPDS has created a gateway for smaller companies to capitalize on the significant advantages of machine and structural simulation. A majority of our customers are larger Industrial Equipment manufacturers. But VPDS now has a tool that allows smaller equipment companies to capitalize on simulation with our new Rapid Virtual Shake Table (RVST) simulation tool. Measured accelerations at every mount base are easily collected from the field and used as an input load. Now we can simulate and understand structural performance without modeling an entire machine. RVST is differentiated from other commercial tools by allowing more than 6 Degrees of Freedom acceleration load inputs. This removes rigid body and input load assumptions, improves accuracy of simulation results and high efficiency of validation to test data. VPDS Services include structural systems design and simulation, Machine Configuration, Discrete Element Modeling (DEM) of materials for digging and hauling machines, and heavy structures and light structures development. Validation of design performance through simulation, test, and field history data. VPDS is focused on "Making Virtual A Reality" for our customer's Industrial Equipment Products.
