We have developed a unique transition coaching framework called First Quarter which increases a new leaders speed to full contribution and reduces the risk of early executive departure. First Quarter is an executive transition coaching framework developed under Converge Consulting that works with new leaders during their transition into a new role. Working with both external hires and internal promotions we drive winning outcomes for each newly appointed leader, which has a flow on effect to their team, division and organisation.
