Warsett Ltd was set up in 2007 as Tees Property Solutions. This was a part time venture providing property maintenance to local landlords and letting agents. In 2013 the company expanded becoming a full time business. In 2015 we decided to rebrand as Warsett. We have carried out extensive work under the Green Deal and ECO schemes, and are PAS 2030, Gas Safe and FENSA registered. We now carry out work across Teesside and North Yorkshire for Domestic and Commercial clients - working for Private Landlords, Cleveland Police and Cleveland Fire Brigade amongst other clients. Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and highly skilled.
