For over 40 years, King & Queen Apartments, LLC has provided residential apartments to students attending the College of William & Mary. The 26-unit, 2-building apartment complex was originally built as an efficiency motel in 1964. Conveniently located only a block from campus, King & Queen Apartments, LLC has been a popular off-campus place for William & Mary students to live since it is closer to many classes than most on-campus dorms. Since the beginning, King & Queen has been family owned and operated business.
