Manyung Gallery Group is one of Victoria's oldest (Est. 1968) and largest Australian contemporary art galleries, showcasing the very best of original contemporary art over six locations in Mount Eliza, Mornington, Flinders, Sorrento, Strathmore and Malvern. Manyung Gallery is directed by Sharyn and David Wemyss-Smith who pride themselves on showcasing contemporary and traditional works of art by established and emerging visual artists sourced across Australia. The gallery's selection includes original oil, acrylic and water-colour paintings as well as fine art prints, sterling silver jewellery, glass, ceramic, steel, bronze, wood and mixed media sculpture and photography. Manyung Gallery Mount Eliza is located at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Recently reopning, the new gallery has approximately 100 pieces of artwork, sculpture and jewellery on display, offering friendly art consultation and advice. Manyung Gallery Mornington is our warehouse space which also hosts Art & Design, an exciting viewing space for larger works. Manyung Gallery Flinders specialises in sculpture for large properties as well as courtyards and outdoor entertaining spaces. Manyung Gallery Sorrento offers visitors to the Southern Mornington Peninsula, an opportunity to see a forever-changing group of 120 original, quality, Australian artworks by a diverse range of contemporary artists and sculptors. A solid exhibition schedule runs from early October to Easter each year. Manyung Gallery Malvern provides easy access for inner Melbourne-based clients to view great Australian contemporary art in Malvern. Our Claremont Avenue location is spread over three 100-year-old shops and just adjacent to the Malvern Station. Manyung Gallery Strathmore is located in the small village of Strathmore.
