Barden Building Products is a company that provides several services and products to independently owned and operated home builders in order for them to offer single point of contact custom home building to their customers. Barden services include: 1.) Complete home design, drafting, and engineering services All available to our independent builder/dealers’ customers for a small deposit, reimbursed on final purchase. Start with one of our plans or bring us your own! This eliminates an up-front cost of up to $10,000 for an architect to provide the same services, which cannot be included in your construction loan. 2.) Precision engineered and manufactured home framing Our primary role is as a manufacturer. We build all of the framing and roof components for our homes in a climate controlled factory using precision, computer guided equipment and high quality lumber. Doing so results in a more precise and consistent finished product and accelerated construction timelines. The faster construction is a huge benefit when dealing with a high interest short term construction loan - more on this later. 3.) Single point of contact material supplier Barden also provides an enormous selection of building supplies like doors, windows, roofing, siding, and kitchen cabinets. This can take several suppliers and the logistics that come along with them out of the equation, simplifying the process for our independent dealers and their customers.
