Brutons the Bakers was established in Cardiff in 1898, by Harry Windsor Bruton. The bakery saw four generations of the Bruton family at the helm before retirement in 2002 which saw the Best family taking over the business members of the Best family had previously been working for Brutons for over 20 years. The company is solely managed by the members of the Best family and continues to be run as an independent family business.
