Founded in 1944, Wesley offers a full range of living choices at all levels of care in one location. Continuum of care communities provide a network of services for older adults on single campuses - featuring independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing & rehabilitation. With communities in Des Moines, Auburn, Puyallup, and Bonney Lake with Renton on the horizon. Additionally, we offer home health and hospice services in Pierce and King counties. In addition, Wesley Health & Home Care provides home health and hospice services in King and Pierce Counties.
