naomi is a transformative community serving homeless single women and their children. The naomi community transforms lives by providing safe, transitional housing, intensive life-skills development, bold authenticity and accountability. As a non-profit organization, volunteers and community partnerships sustain the work of naomi and make the transformation of lives possible. Currently, an average of 6 families are housed at a time at naomi for an average of 8 months each. Women are referred to naomi through local state agencies, shelters and individuals. naomi is a private non-profit and is financed by individual donors, private grants and local business partnerships.
