Kirk completed multiple successful full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO implementations: AX 2009, AX 2012 R1, AX 2012 R2 and D365. After InFocus went live on AX 2009 implementation, Kirk joined InFocus as their Director of Supply Chain and led many business process and AX improvements as their global supply chain lead responsible for distribution centers in the US, Asia, and Europe as well as the planning, procurement, and logistics functions. Prior to joining Avanade, Kirk’s experience included 20 years with Deloitte Consulting, including stints as a national leader in their Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) implementation and Operations practices. Kirk wrote the book Lean Distribution, published by John Wiley & Sons based his client experience with Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. His clients have primarily been manufacturers and distributors with business objectives to improve customer service and operating results with the implementation of ERP systems.
