Our 2 buildings, located within a 5 min walk from each other, ALMA and OPERA are purpose built and contemporary in design, offering all our guests the comfort and amenities we all come to expect, paired with personalised service so you will feel right at home. ALMA is the ideal base for those of you who wish to stay for shorter periods (from 1 night - 3 months). Here we welcome individual travellers on leisure or business trips, students, families, groups, schools, universities, companies you name it we have them. You can chose from dormitories, Japanese style pods and private en suite bedrooms (from 20m2). The 100m2 communal area includes a large kitchen, games room & seating area and a multi-purpose room as well as a private courtyard with outdoor bar and seating (during the summer months) In OPERA most of our guests are staying for longer time periods (from 3 months or more) mostly international students who have enrolled at one of the nearby universities and schools, who have been partners of ours since the day we opened. Erasmus, Antwerp Management School or University of Antwerp to name a few Rooms vary in size from 20-40m2 and some offer private kitchens. The large communal area offers a kitchen, work & seating areas as well as a private courtyard.
