www.humanskillsacademy.co.ukThe senior roles of tomorrow demand a different way of thinking and to reflect this the Human Skills Academy provides innovative new programmes linking Creative Professional Practice (CPD) with the development of human skills such as creativity, team building and communication within the context of the fashion industry. Our programmes bring together creative and commercial leadership perspectives through a collaborative joint delivery approach delivered by two fashion industry professionals. Creative Tina Lilienthal, and commercial coach Jo Beardsworth, are the founders of the Human Skills Academy. They offer years of experience, insight and knowledge of working and developing personal and business performance within the fashion sector. Central to their approach is not just the creating of unique business programmes but they understand how people learn, and the importance of critical, creative and reflective thinking in career progression. Their diverse experience within the industry ranges from design collaborations with Paul Smith, Anthropologie, Nordstrom x Nike; lecturing at London College of Fashion, Royal College of Art, consulting and coaching at Condé Nast, Lionsgate Films, Mastered x Stella McCartney and several Drapers Award winning fashion showrooms. Embrace digital and deliver as Humans.
