We are architects. We enjoy challenges. We specialize in large scale public projects, but we are just as eager to design houses and offices. We especially enjoy projects in the field of transportation: airport terminals, metro stations, tram depots; as well as stadiums and other sport facilities. However, we also passionate about working on projects of a different scale: from visual information, through interior design, to site planning and urban studies. We are practitioners. We strive to develop beautiful conceptual designs, but we know that technical design and construction supervision are just as important. We have learned that those concluding design phases have the largest impact on the final effect and on favorable relations with the client. We work for various clients: public entities, private companies, main contractors, international corporations, engineering firms, other architectural offices. We have a broad portfolio. We have hammered it out during our over 10-year cooperation with Estudio Lamela. We are optimists. We believe that under all circumstances and in every phase of the project it is possible to generate an added value. We always seek to enrich the project and go beyond client’s expectations. Whenever we see that something could be done better, we simply do it better. We are well organized. We know that only an agile organization enables a smooth transition of the project through the sinuous path of design, construction and handover. We know just as well that an agile organization is based on an efficient coordination, and to achieve this, effective communication is required. We are effective. We accompany our clients through all the stages of design and construction process. Starting with feasibility studies and simple conceptual designs, through building permit and technical designs, administrative clearances, tenders, optimization, construction, until handover and exploitation permit.
