Sharmen is the founder of and Licensed Professional Counselor at All Things New Counseling Services, LLC. She is also an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC), an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC), a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and is currently pursuing her Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) credential through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. Her office is located in downtown Tuscaloosa where she specializes in helping individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, school difficulties, self-esteem issues, PTSD and trauma.
