Premier Lifts was established in 1988, to provide quality servicing and maintenance programmes for passenger and service lifts; stairlifts; disabled platforms and other types of lifts. From our headquarters in Romford, Essex, we serve clients throughout London and the home counties. Quality and customer satisfaction are at the core of our culture and from the start, our management team has ensured that these values are communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation. We are proud that our engineering and maintenance teams are frequently receive praise for their friendliness, professionalism and commitment to minimise disruption during site work. Scheduling and administrative functions are under the day-to-day control of an experienced in-house client support services team, focused on ensuring customer needs and expectations are met. Value for money plays a big factor in today’s competitive market. By ensuring that all our procedures run efficiently we can cut costly mistakes to a minimum or eliminate them completely, allowing us more resources to focus on good customer service. We are an ISO 9001 certified organisation and a member of LEIA (The Lift and Escalator Industry Association) and we carry the relevant industry accreditations.
