The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission (SAP&DC) assists regional businesses in creating and retaining jobs through increased sales of goods and services to local, state, and federal governments. The PTAC staff works with small- and medium-sized businesses to market their goods and services to these government entities. Our services are free of charge, and includes an assessment of marketing potential along with development and implementation of strategies for local businesses to secure a share of the lucrative government marketplace.
