We share a common passion for coaching and have both experienced redundancy at first hand during our careers. Being made redundant had been a major catalyst for change in both of our lives. We have different experiences of the redundancy process and know that the key factor in it being a positive experience for us was the support of the people we had around us at the time. Having someone to listen and understand was so important, as was the expert advice they gave us. Thus, the idea for a coaching based approach to outplacement support was born, and we are delighted that our approach has had positive results for so many who we have had the pleasure to work with over the past few years.
