The consulting value proposition consists of: (1) OPM Maturity assessment using OPM3® or other models more adherent to customer organization's need. (2) Improvement initiatives including review, design or tailoring of portfolio, program or project methodologies. (3) Add value to the customers assessing existing PMO or help design and implement new organizational project structures and processes. (4) Provide specific workshops to identify, evaluate, prioritize and respond to program and project risks. (5) Offer project assurance services, as well as assessment and recovery of troubled projects. (6) Provide tailor-designed training as well as preapartory courses for PM certifications (PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-RMP®, etc.)
