Our main software product is Coil Cut Optimizer (CCO), an optimization software developed for Steel Service Centers, in order to support the generation of Cutting Programs for Slitters and Cut-To-Length Machines. CCO generates thousands of possible “Cutting Patterns” in a fraction of second, minimizing Trim-Loss (Scrap) and Setup-time. Our customers are mainly based in Italy and in other European countries like: Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Turkey, Romania and Portugal. The company has also started to sell overseas with first live customer based in Brazil. With the usage of the software Coil Cut Optimizer, our Steel Service Centres customers have been able to reduce Scrap by 10-20% and the Planning-time by 20-40%.
