Victus Soul is a HIIT fitness studio with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, based in Aldgate, London. Victus Soul has two studios as well as the Soul Bar serving artisan coffee, premium shakes and healthy snacks. Victus Soul’s concept is built on two unique instructor-led classes, HIIT & RUN and HIIT & BOX. The first section of the class provides cardio training using treadmills or boxing bags combined with strength training using a custom-made bench, dumbbells and resistance bands. The final part of the class is solely focused on a dynamic active recovery for both mind and body. Applied functional fitness science is at the core of Victus Soul’s philosophy, coupled with a focus on active recovery.
