Kreer, along with his son and daughter, founded our company. Our first year in business, we barely grossed $16,000 to split between four people, who each had their own families to provide for. Through hard work and commitment to our customers, our company began to grow. Our reputation for honesty and exceptional customer service spread throughout our community. In 2006, Jeremy and Nam Kreer, Philip's sons, purchased the company. This "passing of the torch" has made APM one of the few third generation companies in the northeastern section of the United States. They have reaffirmed the company's commitment to stay true to its core values of honesty, integrity, and service. Since taking over, Jeremy and Nam have continued to grow the company through acquisitions and new customers. They work very closely with each branch location and are involved in the day to day operations. It's not uncommon to find them in one of the offices, conducting a meeting, or analyzing customer satisfaction reports.
