Established in 1990, LRI, is an Arizona based 501C (3) non-profit corporation licensed to do business in both Arizona and Texas. Our staff is highly experienced in the development and management of both market rate and affordable housing and has long-standing relationships with investors and lending institutions. As a non-profit, and having our CHDO designatation, were able to provide investors capital advantages unavailable to for-profit developers. LRI is looking to partner with like minded investors in our pursuit of value add Multifamily and senior housing acquisitions as well as new construction developments.
