In the same ways, we now comment on the smoking and casual sexism in the Madmen series set in the sixties. Of course, WFH isn't without its critics. And whilst productivity, mental health, and recruitment fears have mainly proved unfounded, obstacles persist. For example, employees report increased conflict due to communication challenges while remote working. In addition, there are risks related to equality and inclusion, learning and development and reward and recognition.
