Epitome of Soul, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in June 2012 to provide support and direction to high school performing arts students in Paterson, New Jersey and New York City. The organization was created in response to our concern that too many minority and low-income students were being affected by decreased arts funding due to the high demands of the No Child Left Behind Act. Through educational advocacy, mentorship and scholarship, Epitome of Soul strives to enrich the cultural dynamics of school communities through performing arts.
