State Wide Community Services has been established in response to local community demand for culturally informed, quality disability support services in the South East metropolitan region of Perth in Western Australia. We are currently located in Thornlie. State Wide Community Services provides in-home and community-based care for people with disability, particularly those accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Western Australia. State Wide Community Services include: Daily Personal Activities - Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the client to live as autonomously as possible. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the client’s own home. Accommodation and Tenancy Assistance (Accommodation/Tenancy) - this includes transition supports only, to help people with disability find and maintain appropriate housing.
