As we step into a new day and age of Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (“IDRC’’) is set to broaden boundaries beyond the horizon and deliver the future. An initiative of Indian Dispute Resolution Council, a Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to provide an institutional environment, both online and offline, for resolution of all kinds of disputes in an efficient, professional, time bound and cost effective manner. Behind the new IDRC Brand, we are the same organization with a proven track record of Three Generations and more than 50 Years of experience in the Legal Field for the provision of world-class institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of Domestic and International arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. This new facility is a natural reflection of our ongoing commitment to the global ADR and IDR ecosystem and the stakeholders we serve as we remain dedicated to providing the best possible services and innovations in the industry, focusing on ADR and IDR, dispute avoidance and holistic dispute management. Formed pursuant to the resolution by the Government of India to make India a hub of International and Domestic Arbitration and other ADR methodologies, the IDRC is a not-for-profit, Non-Governmental international Arbitral, Mediation and Conciliation Institution which has been established to function as an independent International Organization. Given our mandate to serve the Nation and the Region and as an International Organization, the Dispute Resolution Centre has now grown from strength to strength aiming to become a niche ADR centre in the world, to take its rightful positioning as the IDRC. The IDRC envisions signals our continued passion to spearhead an era of development and expansion, both for the Centre and the global ADR ecosystem. IDRC aspires to continue to be a provider of international-class institutional support.
