Bijan Ramineh in early 1984 founded the Firm in Los Angeles, California and in late 1985 Hamid Fani joined him and the Firm was known as Ramineh & Fani, CPA’s. In January 1988 Shawn Nowakhtar joined the Firm and we became known as Ramineh, Fani & Nowakhtar, LLP, Certified Public Accountants. Hooman Rashidi in January of 2013 was admitted to the partnership and we are now known as Ramineh, Fani, Nowakhtar & Rashidi, LLP, Certified Public Accountants. We are now in a position to serve our clients with the same dedication, commitment and personalised service for decades to come. That is the foundation on which we stand.
