Our little humans enter this world with pure sunshine, beaming from their hearts. In today’s world, they are all too soon faced with huge emotions, experiences and even traumas. Their lives are more complex, fast paced and full of external stimulus and pressures than ever before. Our mission at Pure Little Hearts is to empower little ladies all around the world with the skills and resources to be more resilient, courageous and full of self love. To achieve this mission, Pure Little Hearts provides resources, workshops and retreats for young ladies and their families. The first of these is a series of children’s books, The Brave Rose series and affirmation cards, that are disguised as a childhood favourite “snap”. Empowering our little babes often starts with empowering ourselves. So that as parents and carers, we can guide and mentor them to trust in their internal compass and always be the most authentic versions of themselves, sass and all. Pure Little Hearts is a hub for well being, positivity and courage. It takes a village to raise resilient, happy, confident and healthy young women. We believe that a few people can make a BIG difference and we are dedicated to providing a safe place for this beautiful community to share helpful information about children, health and strategies or tips, which assist in living a more positive life.
