Today many estate agencies have become more about numbers and targets rather than being service-oriented and customer led. We are consistently hearing that clients call their agent only for the agent not to know who they are. We opened our first branch in December 2021 on Earlham Road to fill this gap in the market. The idea was to establish an independent agency that provided a high level of service where clients are able to feel that they can call or come in and discuss their move without the need for an appointment and know that the agent they're talking to knows who they are.
