BriteCamp is a tech enabled talent discovery platform available on Android and iOS; discovering latent talent of the students outside academics. The students talent is discovered by virtue of students building an e-Portfolio which is absolutely free of cost. Brite Camp as a platform allows Organizations and the Larger Institutions to do the demographic talent mapping of the students. This further acts as a big enabler from the policy and decision making stand point. The talent being discovered in areas like sports, performing arts, creative arts across levels will help the teachers and parents to give the right kind of encouragement at the right age to make sure that the student is able to pursue there respective interest and passion. This thrust and encouragement at the right time will enable the student to pursue there interest and further hone there skills. In the long run there's a good possibility that the student may end up taking it up as an alternate source of career. Over a period this can even help in terms of tackling the much spoken about unemployment problem with the current generation. Again, allowing students to pursue things of there interest will help them to put in there heart and soul and would get the best out of them.
