Johnex Explosives, in its current iteration, has been providing blasting solutions to the Australian mining industry since 1996. Our EZIPUMP DV® Bulk emulsion is a result of 3 years of careful selection and capability understanding, utilising a product that has been manufactured overseas in quantities now in excess of 1,000,000 tonnes. Our current manufacturing has surplus capacity to 1,000 tonnes a month, which can be made in combinations of Reactive Ground (RG) formulation and standard product. Each RG formulation is designed specifically for its target Mine. Johnex’s ISO accreditation is used to back the consistent quality of the bulk emulsion, along with audits of their suppliers whom have been selected due to their adherence to quality systems and manufacturing capability. This does not stop at locally manufactured goods and is applied to goods manufactured in other countries – quality is one of the cornerstones of Johnex’s growth and reliability within the Australian market.
