KASSL Editions is an Amsterdam based, new outerwear brand carried by a collective of friends working in different fields of fashion. Our timeless collection is based on a single coat, inspired by an old fisherman’s coat, with an outstanding shape, created by and for people with a love for quality. The KASSL distinctive oversized cut is so democratic that it fits everyone. This interstellar coat transcends styles, times and generations. Every KASSL coat is handmade, numbered and stamped on the inner lining, which makes each piece unique. All our coats have the original functional details, paying tribute to their workman’s roots. The coats are developed in Kassel, a city in central Germany, by Josef and his wife Frauke. They run a family company producing for the German firemen, policemen on horses and the swiss fencing clubs workwear. Their no nonsense, but super high quality focus is definitely a big part of KASSL’s identity. KASSL Editions is founded by Bart Ramakers, Charlotte Schreuder, Ilse Cornelissens and Tim van Geloven.
