We are a diverse group with programs in entrepreneurship/strategy, human resources/organizational behavior, and supply chain management. Expertise areas for our faculty include entrepreneurial exit, innovation, negotiation, diversity and inclusion, logistics, staffing and compensation, teamwork, and leadership. Our department has received several accolades including having faculty within entrepreneurship recognized in the top 5% of entrepreneurship research institutions, having our human resources bachelor’s program ranked 9th, and our supply chain management program being ranked in the top 20 for research productivity. Overall, our department was recently named the 57th most productive Management Department in terms of research. Our alumni and faculty are leaders in their fields—focused on using business for good and empowering student success. We deliver real-world, experiential learning informed by transformative research and industry expertise that keeps curriculum engaging, relevant and practical for the next generation of business leaders.
