Kinetic Element Training Academy is a multifaceted training program, comprised of competitive and recreational athletes from across numerous athletic fields, in the pursuit of maximizing their personal and performance best. Each KETA Athlete demonstrates a significant commitment to his or her own goals and exhibits a high level of motivation while striving for excellence. While training independently for their particular goals, KETA Athletes follow a unique and individualized training program, designed by KETA Coaching Staff and affiliated professionals. Integrating innovative techniques and methods from applied sport science with high levels of experience in sport and health, KETA seeks to achieve strong and sustainable improvements in health and fitness. Each customized program reflects the unique abilities, needs and demands of each individual and their particular objectives.
