Click run a bespoke industry recognised software for the control of all of our programming, appointments and transactions. Each month all of the service visits due are produced, our service team contact clients and inform them the visit is required, agree an appointment time and check if there are any specific changes to the planned call. All of the services are programmed and allocated to the service team technicians. On the occasion a system develops a fault the service desk will record the call onto the clients contract number. The first contact is allocated to on of our fault technician’s. As an NSI Gold Installer working to SSQS101, Click have a response time of 4 hours. The first response will be much quicker and on many occasions starts with a phone call to the client to have an initial conversation about the fault, this is sometimes all that’s needed as the technicians are experienced and have experience talking clients through steps to deal with minor faults or simple setting changes.
