ABOUT US: FIT is a non-profit initiative from women for women. What brings us together is our strong will to hack into the tech sector, regardless of lacking a technical career background or related education. Our community offers women a safe space to acquire new digital skills at their own pace, while at the same time building own networks, supporting each other and keeping track of individual / common goals. Our holistic approach builds upon three pillars: Technical Skill-development; Coaching & Knowledge Sharing and Network & Matchmaking OUR APPROACH: FIT is not a school. It is a decentralised, self-organised group of self-learning women. After clustering according to their interests, participants can organise in small learning circles of max. 5 participants. Each circle agrees on its own curricula, meeting day, time and place, and its monthly targets. Our work is entirely driven by volunteers and we are always in need of support.
