US Real Estate Ventures and its partners have successfully syndicated purchases of several thousand apartment units with accredited investors. These syndications have produced double-digit returns for the investors. We are currently invested in multifamily, single family, and office properties in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. In addition to currently holding or held discounted mortgage notes in South Carolina, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
