NORMVL®, founded in 2014 by Lwandile Nkanyuza (aka ByLwansta), is an SA Hip Hop Awards (2015) nominated independent record label, a Loeries Young Creatives Award 2022 nominated creative agency & events company at the heart of the South African music industry. As a record label we empower and collaborate with lyricists, singer-songwriters, composers & producers who have an acquired taste for a slightly more left-field, alternative & soulful sound within the South African music landscape. As a creative agency, NORMVL’s primary service offering is one that empowers artists in the digital age by providing creative and strategic solutions that help them ensure impactful release days and an intentional effort towards maintaining a digital presence through content development. Through our events wing, we translate our digital efforts for both those of our clients and our own internal projects into analogue efforts that grant us the opportunity to curate a memorable and impactful multi-sensory experience.
