Ours is team of independent consultants with collective experience of 20 years in the non-profit sector, with a shared passion for helping NGOs grow. After working at various levels of the hierarchy at NGOs across domains, we have come to realize that however different they might seem, most organizations are bogged down by the same challenges in growth & efficiency - lack of time, people, systems and knowledge about running an organization. Inevitably, it is the leadership that bears the burden and spends considerable time in supporting the organization day to day, instead of focusing on growing externally. Through Own 2 feet (O2F), a registered section 8 company, we wish to be a capacity building / training consultant partner for small or mid-sized NGOs who have not yet stabilized in terms of management, operations, financial sustenance and impact delivery. Instead of delivering services, we intend to roll up our sleeves and sit with our partners and help them be self-reliant. Currently, we are offering services/handholding in Governance, Organization Development, Program Design & Management, and Fundraising.
