The Indiana Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (INFAME) is a partnership of regional manufacturers whose purpose is to implement career pathway, apprenticeship-style educational programs that will create a pipeline of highly skilled workers. The Indiana Manufacturers Association’s initiative INFAME is driven to assist manufacturers throughout Indiana in developing their own personalized programs to ensure a pipeline of well-qualified and educated workers for the next generation.
