The passion, selflessness, and dedication we show are often unmatched, and although not professionals, many of us are the world’s most experienced in our field of care. Many of our lives are so full of unhealthy levels of financial, emotional, educational and communal stress that a substantial body of research categorizes over 60% of us as “at-risk” ourselves.
