Our services include:  System Assessments: These audits can be used to determine if a potential subcontractor has documented and implemented management systems conforming to the requirements of a stated system/product standard and whether the system is capable of giving confidence that requirements have been, are being and will be met.  Contract Assessments: These audits can be used to assess only those parts of a potential subcontractor’s operation and systems that will be related to the production of a particular contract or series of contracts.  Process Assessments: These audits can be used to determine if a potential contractor’s management system meets the requirements of a stated contractual standard and can include management capabilities reviews.  Product/Service Assessments: These audits can be used to determine whether a product/service meets the contractual requirements. CFS is a a certified Women Owned Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise with the Department of Transportation, METRO, and the Port of Houston Authority. CFS has also been certified as a Historically Underutilized Business, Minority/Women Owned Business, and Small Disadvantaged Business by the City of Houston and the State of Texas.
