At NVision You, we take a systemic approach to treating adult individuals and couples. This means we explore what's going inside a client (biology, beliefs, emotions) along with what's going on around a client (relationships, work, cultural pressures, life stressors) across time (past, present, and future). We encourage our clients to gain insight, learn mindfulness tools, and live courageously toward their values and goals. Clients can expect to feel more psychological strength regarding their emotions, health, weight, relationships, life transitions, cultural adaptation, sexual identity, spirituality, and career. We accept BCBS PPO and Aetna, and can often help clients get partial reimbursement for their other PPO plans. We are open weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
